The first speech contest for young staff members was held May 15.

A total of 21 contestants, from 11 departments and subsidiaries, participated in the activity and spoke on the topic "Growing up with Beiliang".

While recalling the career experiences in Beiliang, the contestants shared their joy of personal development as well as extending the gratitude and good wishes for the company through their passionate speeches. The heartfelt words won loud applause from the audience frequently.

Deputy General Manager Jiang Xiru congratulated the winners on their splendid performances after the contest. He also encouraged them to enhance practical ability so as to make a larger contribution to Beiliang's sustainable development.
